Our New Long-Tube Headers are constructed from mandrel bent, and tig welded 304 stainless steel. These are Headers our Mechanics in the XAIR Performance Workshop have full confidence installing and we are confident in saying our customers won't find better fitting, quality built, easy on the budget, Headers for their GM Monster.

• Mandrel Bent 1 7/8" (48mm) Primary Long Tubes into 3" Outlet.
• 304 Stainless Steel Construction.
• CNC Machined Flanges.
• Tig Welded and Polished Stainless Steel Finish.
• LS3, L99, ZL1, 6.2L Engine

Worth 15-20kw gain on a standard LS3 / L99 6.2 V8 with stock Cast Iron Manifolds after ECU Re-Tune. Even more on a Cammed Car.

Note : As Vehicles Registered in NZ from May 2010 onwards Legally Require Catalytic Converters, Our Exhaust Packages are designed with this in mind. Our Longtube Headers can be Joined with Flanges and High Flow Cats to Factory or Aftermarket Exhaust Systems. We can customer fabricate these when installing in our Performance Workshop, or Our kits can be supplied with 2x High Flow Cats, 4x 3" Stainless Steel Flanges, and 2x 3" Exhaust Gaskets requiring Fabrication & Welding.
