2013-2017 VF HSV LSA (GENF/GENF2) 6.2 LSA Supercharged

Stock : GENF/GENF2 GTS 430kw, GTSR 435kw,  GENF2 R8 2016 400kw, 2017 410kw but all have the same base LSA Engine so after Modification all models end up with the same end power gains as listed per Stage.

Note : On our original Testing on our Rolling Road Dyno we found these HSV LSA Cars dyno'd up stock standard around 295-300kw (R8) and 315-320kw (GTS) at the Rear Wheels which is 385kw (R8) and 415kw (GTS) at Engine, not 400kw and 430kw at the Engine as the Factory quotes. Please bare in mind all Dyno's can be different. However just like all the other Engine Power Figures we quote the power gains shown are based on real before and after rear wheel dyno figures all done on the same Rolling Road Dyno since 2009. We use the standard conversion of x 1.25 (manual) and x 1.3 (auto) to get KW Power at the Engine. So even though a stock LSA R8 is quoted factory at 400kw and our Stage 1 Package is 475kw it is actually a real 69 rear wheel kw (90kw Engine Power) gain over standard.

Disclaimer : Dyno figures can also be effected by weather conditions such as Air Temp/Humidity etc and some other companies also factor a higher percentage for driveline loss etc. For example an Auto 507kw badged car we had in the shop made 355 rear wheel kw on the same dyno which x 1.3 we would only quote that dyno power run at 462kw at the Engine. For this reason all figures quoted are purely for the purpose of passing on to customers our own compiled dyno test information from doing various cars over the years. On our new Hub Dyno which after back to back testing due to no wheels/tyres to spin have found reads approximately 10% higher than the old Rolling Road Dyno on the more Powerful Supercharged Cars so to get Power at the Engine we use a conversion of x 1.15 (manual and x 1.2 (auto) to get KW Power at the Engine. Yet on much less powerfull Naturally Aspirated LS1 cars with minor modifications such as Headers, Exhaust & OTR the numbers on both dyno's are similar.

All Stages of Power Packages are based on installing into a STANDARD Car. Every Stage includes all the parts listed including Installation and GST so simply choose any Stage you want from the get go, you don't need to do each stage. Stage 1

Stage 1 is perfect if you're happy with the stock Bimodal Exhaust noise but want to wake up your LSA! The XAIR OTR Intake provides cooler air to from in front of the car to reduce intake air temps and the Overdriven Crank Pulley increases boost. We can also remove the Bimodal function to run "Open" all the time if required.

Stage 2

If you're dissappointed in the noise your Gen F HSV LSA makes then this is the package to go for. The stock factory restrictive Manifold and Cats combined with the small exhaust system really strangle the LSA both in performance and sound. They sound ok when you start them up at idle as the Bimodal stays open but as soon as you get underway that noise disappears, not coming back until your foot is hard down. Stage 2 adds a full exhaust system - Big Tube Headers, High Flow Cats joining into a full Mandrel Bent Twin 3" Stainless Steel Exhaust. This free flow system gives your LSA  a deep V8 Sound but also means less back pressure so also reduces Boost while gaining even more power when combined with the XAIR OTR Intake and Overdriven Crank Pulley from Stage 1!

I2013 Manual VF HSV GTS Dyno Sheet - Made 428.7KW + 738Nm at the Rear Wheels (536kw at Engine).

If you're looking for maximum efficiency, awesome Power and Torque from your LSA combined with a Real Deep Lumpy V8 Sound with longterm reliability then Stage 3 is a great option. Max Boost is only 10-11 psi as adding the LSA Specific Custom Grind Cam actually reduces Boost by around 1-2 psi over Stage 2!.

If you're looking for the Ultimate Power and Torque from your LSA combined with a Real Deep Lumpy V8 Sound then Stage 4 is the answer. Exactly the same as Stage 3 but we also remove the standard LSA Supercharger Pulley and replace it with a smaller Griptec Pulley to further increase Boost to approximately 14-15psi. At the same time we also replace the factory Sprung Blower Isolator Coupler with a new one piece Plastic Isolator Coupler which reduces blower noise/rattle at idle. This upgrade is a genuine 40-50kw at the Engine more than Stage 3. Also recommended is our LSA additional Reservior upgrade which adds 12 litres of coolant to the system for reduced Intake Temps - Add $1900.00 including installation.
